Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may be subject to applicable taxes and are excluded from discount calculations unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for oversized orders, remote destinations, address changes, timed deliveries, manual unloading, or other special delivery requirements.
Processing and Delivery
Orders are processed during our normal working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays.
Orders placed outside normal operating hours will generally be processed on the next working day. All orders are subject to product and service availability.
Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We will always do our best to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Courier Deliveries
Courier deliveries may require a signature. The courier may attempt delivery at any time within its normal operating hours.
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or certain restricted addresses where a signature or secure receipt is required.
Pallet and Large Deliveries
Large or heavy orders may be delivered on a pallet or by a specialist delivery service.
Please let us know before placing your order if the delivery location has restricted access, height or size limitations, or requires special arrangements.
Special services, including timed delivery or manual unloading, may not be available in all areas and may incur an additional charge.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for the selected delivery service.
Address Changes
Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If you request an address change after your order has been dispatched, the change may not be possible and an additional delivery charge may apply.
