Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed through lempac.com/en-hk. By placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Contract Formation

2.1 Product listings on our website are an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer.

2.2 Submitting an order constitutes an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to decline any order.

2.3 You will receive an automated acknowledgement on ordering; this is not an acceptance of your order.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD) or as otherwise specified at checkout. Hong Kong does not apply a general goods and services tax (GST) or VAT.

3.2 Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

3.3 We may update prices at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Import Duties and Customs

4.1 Hong Kong generally does not impose customs duties on most imported goods. However, certain restricted or dutiable goods (e.g. liquor, tobacco, hydrocarbon oils, and methyl alcohol) may be subject to duty — these categories do not apply to our products.

4.2 You are responsible for ensuring that imported goods comply with Hong Kong laws and regulations. We are not liable for any costs or delays arising from customs inspection.

5. Delivery

5.1 Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. International transit typically takes 7–14 business days.

5.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or events beyond our control.

5.3 We are not liable for loss resulting from an incorrect delivery address.

6. Payment

6.1 Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided goods are unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense for change of mind returns.

7.2 To initiate a return, contact hk@lempac.com before sending any goods.

8. Defective or Incorrect Goods

8.1 If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect goods, contact us within 14 days of receipt.

8.2 We will cover return shipping and offer replacement, repair, or a full refund in accordance with your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362).

8.3 Distinction: For change of mind returns (§ 7), return shipping is at your expense. For defective or incorrect goods (§ 8), return shipping is at our expense.

9. Return Address

Our customer service team will confirm the correct return address when your return is initiated. Returns are processed at one of two warehouses:

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) or any other applicable Hong Kong law. Goods are sold with the benefit of implied conditions of satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. However, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of Hong Kong law apply and cannot be excluded.
