Shipping is weight-based. As a guide: standard envelopes (DL/C5) weigh 4–8 g each — 250 envelopes ≈ 1 kg · 500 envelopes ≈ 2 kg · 1,000 envelopes ≈ 4–5 kg. Larger formats (C4 and above) weigh more.
- All orders are dispatched from our European warehouses and are subject to customs on import
- Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
- We are unable to refund orders that are refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees
- Returned shipments resulting from customs issues will not be refunded
During major public holidays, delivery times may be extended due to reduced courier capacity, customs backlogs or temporary logistics shutdowns. These disruptions can potentially add 7–10 additional business days to the standard delivery estimate.
Chinese New Year — the most significant disruption period — falls in late January or mid-February each year (the exact date shifts annually with the lunar calendar). Orders placed during this window are most likely to be affected.

All orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from dispatch.

A split shipment means your order is dispatched in more than one parcel. This can happen when items in your order are held at different warehouse locations, or when a single order is too large to ship in one box.
If your order is split, you will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel. There is no additional delivery charge for split shipments. You pay only the standard delivery fee shown at checkout.
